Citizens First: Help us show the human face of what Brexit means

Citizens' rights are at the heart of Brexit talks and we must not forget that these are peoples' lives that are being negotiated. The UK government must give more clarity  and guarantee the rights of EU nationals who live in our country, as well as to Brits who reside in other member states. Jude and Paul's stance has been very clear:
people should not become bargaining chips.

This summer will be marked by a series of negotiations in Brussels around citizens' rights, so we want to shine a light on the impact Brexit has already had on their lives and their plans for the future. So whether you are a UK or a EU citizen, if you want to share your story we are here to listen.

Send a video, a letter, or even just a few sentences to office@northeastlabour.eu and if you wish, we will include your thoughts during our social media call to put #CitizensFirst.
